Perfect start to a quick soup!

I love these! I am a soup and a rice noodle fanatic, so I stock up on these when I find them. To make them even easier I use my keurig for the hot water and then cover the bowl and let it sit for about 5 minutes. I add shiitake mushrooms before the water so it cooks them a bit. I also add fresh green onions and mung bean sprouts. The broth can be a little bland, so I add spicy enoki mushrooms that come in a jar. Soooo good!
