I bought two of these lovely planters ........ I wish I had bought a dozen to have ready for any small houseplants in the future. The planter is just the right size to comfortably hold in your hands .... there is a drainage hole that is very easy to leave open or very easy to leave closed. The planter is a very nice heavy, but not too heavy at all: it's not like a lightweight plastic planter that will blow over easily. Highly recommended.
