I have owned 2 chair balls for many years when unexpectedly they both deflated within a month of one another.  After calling customer service I was delightfully surprised to find out there is a life time warranty.  Replacement balls were promptly shipped and just in time as my back was hurting me on the awful office chairs provided my employer.  Thank you Gaiam!  Your products are awesome!!

I have bought many and all have been excellent

So it may seem like a bad thing that I am now on my 4th or 5th ball, but I have cats and in a severe error I have left one in a location that could be used as a launch site and another I accidentally overinflated (this is actually really easy to do so I'm still working on perfecting that). But every color was vibrant, quality wonderful and a joy to use. My clients love that I sit on something a bit different and I love that I no longer have back pain!

Nice improvement of an old product

I've had my balance chair for several years. When my cat put a claw through the ball, I was very unhappy. I ordered a replacement ball, and when it arrived I noticed that it seemed different than the original one. I checked with customer service, and they informed me that the ball is now made of a stronger material, and that it can be inflated more fully than I had anticipated. I was able to add enough air to get the ball to the proper size. I'm sold on this new ball.
