St. Dalfour Superfruits, Fruit Spread, Blueberry & Acai , 6 oz (170 g)

St Dalfour blueberries are always a safe bet. The problem I had was their raspberries' they have tiny stones that are irritating because they need to be spit out. And St Dalfour is better than Stonewall Kitchen's even though they have good ratings, because Stonewall Kitchens uses cane sugar.

I got this blueberry spread to reduce my sugar intake but not reduce the flavor as well. I like this high quality brand from France but at a reasonable price. The taste is always fruity strong but not fake or overly sweetened. It's full of fruit and only sweetened by fruit juices so while there's some sugar it only comes from fruit to sweeten. The ingredient is fruit.
