This is a very good platform for step aerobics. It's sturdy, wide and deep enough, and adjustable to 3 heights with 2 additional sets of risers. When not being used, the risers snap into place on the bottom of the platform. Fits easily under our bed. My wife and I are both quite happy with this purchase.
