I never thought I would like this pillow so much. I suffer from cervical straightening, and my neck pain used to be severe; no other pillow seemed to work for me, so I decided to give this one a try. I had read many reviews warning that the smell was very strong and unpleasant—yet I bought it anyway. Oh, wow! To my surprise, the pillow arrived packaged in a small bag. Upon opening it, I noticed that it was very soft, of high quality, completely odorless, and featured a zipper so I could wash the cover. I've been using it for two weeks now and simply can't go without it; my neck pain has vanished, and I now sleep soundly and comfortably through the entire night. This has truly been the best purchase I've made for my well-being—and at a great price, too!

I read all the reviews and they were a mix of too soft, too hard, OK, and great. For me, it's great. This pillow is quality made and helped my painful neck the first night. Try it for yourself. If you don't like it, return it to your local Walmart. Keep the original box to bring with the pillow if returning it. The pillow was vacuum pressed to fit in its box, so you won't be able to get it to fit again. But, bring the box with it to the store for returning.

I've been having neck and left should pain for a few months. the shoulder especially would start to hurt within minutes of lying down on my back. i was told a few years back to use a pillow like this for another problem i was having. decided to try one, now that this new pain is unbearable. i used it for the 1st time last night. after lying down, for a few minutes, the shoulder pain didnt start, and i was able to fall asleep much faster than usual. i also dont have the soreness upon waking up. it seems it may be able to solve my shoulder pain problem whwn lying down.
