Experiencing head/neck/shoulder pain when sleeping and waking. Dr said I needed the flattest pillow I could find. This was too flat for me, but not flat enough to fold over. The indentation for head/neck is nice if pillow had been just a little thicker. Memory foam returns to original shape, no odor coming out of original packaging. Price very reasonable.
