I really like the feel of this pillow. The outline and position of where your head goes is a good fit for my head. It is not too firm to where it's uncomfortable, but definitely adds great support. This pillow is quite nice. It keeps my neck in line while I sleep. It's dense enough to be supportive, yet soft enough to be comfortable. It has two different sides if one is too high or too low for your head you can flip it. It also has a place to put your hand or arm on the sides. There's a zipper on the back to remove the cover for washing as well.
