No comma on keyboard

Bought Lenovo T440 Laptop as a gift for my grandchildren. After it was shipped and they received it only then realized that the laptop keyboard had no comma on keyboard but 2 "T" . Totally dissatisfied and embarrassed that defective item was given as a gift.
