The Best of Travelin' Texas is a must own Texas Music compilation representing twenty of the best Texas artists and songs that sing our praises and paint an enduring landscape of the great state of Texas. The selected cuts tell the stories of the highways and byways the artists have traveled singing songs about Texas. The collection has been brought together to assist Texas State University, the Center for Texas Music History in funding the organizations continuing study, documentation and achieving of Texas Music History. The line-up of artists alone stands as a testimonial to their dedication for the preservation of Texas Music.
