there was nothing in the marketing description of the product that says it was unable to view the DVDs in America, OR at least not IN Texas , very disappointed IN the outcome and of this company, will know better than than ever buy from this company

wrong region for my player.i guess i didnt read description well enough or didnt see it listed for region 2

The delivery of the packaging was sealed well and secure. I received the item in my mailbox. I received text messages tracking the delivery of this item. It was a new item and not a used one.

Communication minimal, cd received in good condition, packaging adequate.
