This chair is great! It took less than 10 minutes to put together. I was not expecting it to have a heat and massage feature since it's not mentioned in the description, but this one came with that. The lumbar heat is wonderful on my lower back. The massage has several settings, it only vibrates in the logs back and leg rest, but it's soothing. All that is a bonus anyway since I wasn't expecting it. The power recline does its job very quietly. You can barely hear the motor. It's smooth and you can stop it wherever it's best for you. The adjustable headrest is also great, especially when watching tv reclined. The seat is a bit firm but I think it may soften a bit over time. It does feel very supportive. Do pay attention to the dimensions—it's not a huge chair. I'm 5'9” and the chair fits me perfectly. The saddle color matches the pictures well, maybe just a touch darker in person but still orangish brown like the phots. Love that it doesn't require a lot of space. WAY surpassed my expectations. For this chair I think the price is a bargain.
