Cover is great but pillow is lousy

The material is great and it's the perfect size but the padding inside the actual pillow is lacking big time. I have a French Bulldog who weighs 35 lbs and even she was sinking all the way down to the ground. I bought quilt batting hoping to stuff it more, but the pillow has no zipper and is sewn into three sections, so even trying to stuff it myself was difficult. What I ended up with is lumps of extra padding everywhere.
