Wasn't sure about purchasing a phone from a website like this, but I'm very happy I did. My daughter loves her new phone. It arrived in perfect condition. Price was great. I will say that if you are purchasing this as a gift, the packaging is not very presentable. Buy a gift box and you will be fine.

I finally received my phone all the way in Kenya. I bought iPhone 12 Pro in excellent condition and I love it. The phone exceeds the expectations I had as I was skeptical about a refurbished phone. Bought an Iphone in condition 'good'. Works perfectly and only has a few scuff marks on the metal on the side of the phone, which I never notice, since I have a case on it. Battery life was around 84%, of course I had hoped for 100, but this gets me through the day no problem.
