I got this crate for an 8 month old cat that is a bit too much to handle at bedtime and throughout the night, in my small apartment. It was so easy to assemble, I didn't need instructions. The screws are plastic, so unsure how well that would hold up with a larger, boisterous animal. But for my 10lb kitty, it works great as a comfortable and spacious crate, that is more attractive than a wire box.

I have a special needs rescue and has been way too hot to keep him in the garage. Finally bought this and put it in the living room. It has been a wonderful addition and he does great in it even though the only thing I would change is I got the extra large he has a shepherd mix. We don't know what and he barely has enough room to lay down.
