These pans are lightweight and incredibly easy to clean. When cooking hamburger it was amazing to see the grease bead up like water and separate from the meat. The food cooked evenly and was delicious and moist. I observed that the lids are handles not forgiving of fingerprints. I like that the set came with non glass lids but did not think the lids should have been counted as a piece of the set, which seemed deceiving and incongruent with other offerings. It's really a 5 piece set not an 11 piece set because the lid cannot be used by itself for any singular purpose. I noticed that some items are sold separately for a higher price than I think is necessary. For instance the 3” deep 11” diameter frying pan. I also noticed that the gold handled items are not as expensive as the silver handled items and are more difficult to find. The silver handled navy items are much more common. It would be nice if the gold handled items were as readily available as this as the silver handled items since the items themselves are both navy color.
