I bought this after learning that it is more effective than the normal non fat soluable version found in stores. I suffer from severe diabetic and spinal nerve damage. After using for over a week I have had considerable relief from nerve tingling and numbness. Supposedly B1 helps nerves to heal when damaged. So far I love this product. I even bought a second bottle.

Will definitely order Benfotamine AND Berberine from this same seller. Gave a 2 wk early review for Berberine, that I can't edit; I tried but it won't let me, this stuff is Great! Need to post how good this brand is. I'm especially happy with Berberine but I know both supplements are great. Stopped my sweet cravings and I can't eat too much. So happy! Please check with your doctors before starting any supplement, but for me this supplements are both great. Definitely recommend!
