Far years i didn't take vitamins and minerals, which hurt my body. I think these vitamins regularly no taste is it take. I had problems with kidneys stage four after six years. Doctor put me on baking soda and water stop my downward plug start taking through the minerals after six months number of rose primary doctor said no way they go down but don't go up. I start taking another vitamin mineral three months later my never came up another six parts i didn't take vitamins and minerals, which hurt my body.
