This WOW product was the best "not-chemical" root cover I have ever used. It covers short roots very well (long roots would take a long time to cover). This is the best grey root coverage I have used. Some sprays and mascara like color makes the hair stickie and stiff . This applies like eyeshadow , has an applicator, and does not make the hair stiff. It also covers shiny bald spots well and areas where thinner hair is noticeable
