Buyer BEWARE!
Was so excited to get this stool after many hours researching on several sites. When putting together, it is manufactured so poorly -- when trying to attach the inner ring, the torque resulting from pulling in the legs made the screws and the holes in which they go strip out completely to the point that larger screws could not fix the problem. (See photos). Just not a quality product at all.
