I would NOT recommend this cup if you're using it to shake protein powders, or anything like it because liquids will spill out the top where you drink from. especially after even accidentally dropping the cup one time. I am displeased with this purchase and I only rated it five stars so my review will go to the top of the list so everybody knows what they are actually spending their money on.

blender bottle never fails ! this is my second bottle my first bottle is purple and had 2 extra compartments on the bottom for vitamins or pain medications and for equivalent of a pouch of a protein shake I thought it was lost and had to buy another grey bottle luckily a couple years later I find my first one now I have two that I carry everywhere
