Tuff Enough For A Lot Of The White Stuff

This is a high quality snow shovel with an approximately 4.5 inch circumference ash wood handle. Extremely well made with a razor sharp edge which clears right down to the pavement. Please note that the blades are not attached when shipped and the screw that comes with it has a Rebertson head. You can use a Phillips head of the same length and width. Make sure to drill a pilot hole 3/4 the width of the shank of the screw and blow out any shavings that remain. To make sure the handle, which is pre-attached, is square with the blade place the handle where a wall meets the floor, hold it in place with your foot, then slide the blade on so it is snug, DO NOT HAMMER THE EDGE OF THE BLADE, and level with the floor, then drill the pilot hole, blow out the shavings and insert and tighten the screw. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN to prevent the hole from stripping. This is such a high quality tool that doing it correctly the first time is worth it as is this shovel. It works great and you can feel you are working with a fine piece of craftsmanship. It should last for years if not decades. Supreme shovel.
