This is a good substitute for noodles or pasta

This is a product that I use in place of regular noodles because it has a slightly lower protein content than regular noodles or pasta. The pad thai rice noodles are filling, and you can add your usual sauces to them. For most people, the best thing is that they are gluten-free, which is great. The price is right, too.
