Sekiryu Santoku Knife has a 166mm (6.5 inch) long blade made out of stainless steel. The dark brown handle is made of hardwood with a black plastic bolster. The knife is a cooking knife used to prep all kinds of ingredients such as meat, fish and vegetables. "Sekiryu" is inscribed onto the blade in Japanese character, named after one of the four gods in the Chinese legend.
