This product is so simple to use. 100% plug and play. The USB is stored in the mouse when not in use. However, it easily falls out. I really liked the product for its price and quality so I just put a piece of tape over the USB adapter when it's not in use so it doesn't fall out of its little storage compartment in the mouse.
