It came in 3 boxes. Although everything was packaged well, one of the boards came cracked. luckily it didn't interfere with its stability and could be cosmetically covered. However, assemblying it was tricky becuz some of the labeling stickers were missing and there was no way to tell top from bottom so I had to disassemble sections of the staircase in order for to align with the thresh holes. In addition, some of the treshholes were a tad bit wide for the screw, but I stuffed it with a wooden scewer when I drilled in the screw for a tight fit; easy fix. Overall, it was a fantastic buy, my daughter loves her new bed and study corner. I recommend being gentle if you plan to use a drill gun, as the wood could crack if you're too aggressive.

Pretty decent bed.

Love ,love, love this bed. However, it feels like it was only primed and not painted so I'm not sure how long it will hold up. I also wish it had covers for all the screw holes. But the design of the bed is almost perfect. I also wish there was a cut out at the stairs so my son doesn't have to crawl over two railings. However, design of the lower portion is fabulous for storing all of his Legos and still having a workstation.

assembling instructions were ok to follow. The loft is not well structured in terms of support, after assembling the loft was not stable enough , it was moving , we had to drill in to the wall, and in a rental its not an option, plus attaching it to a dry wall is a mistake. similarly the loft desk is unstable reliability in only on one leg in the middle . not a good sturdy buy, expensive and not reliable. not well constructed for atability
