First time I was introduced to this product was at physical therapy for my left knee. The prepping of the area you will use this product on is short %26 simple. I like the strength of this tape, it holds pretty firmly. I did find eventually after a few days of usage %26 showering with the tape in place, the edges begin to curl up. I simply cut off the curling edges %26 would add a fresh small to medium piece of tape to each end to reenforce the stabilty.
