Exceptional quality, high protein no carb flavorful easy eat it right out of the can mix it with a salad put it over broccoli have it on the sandwich with low carb bread or wrap it it's really so convenient so cost efficient and such a healthy alternative to fast food for quick meals. Great for mackerel fans!

Man, these are actually pretty good. I bought em cause I hate dealing with bones and skin and honestly? No regrets. The fillets stay nice and firm, not all slimy like some cans. I drained a little oil, threw it on sourdough toast with Dukes mayo and hot sauce. Tastes fresh, no weird fishy smell. Only thing is it's small, four ounces, so if you're hungry it'll disappear fast. But hey, for the price it's solid. Way better than the cheap stuff. I'll get more next time.
