Arrived in better condition than expected, cleaned and looked almost Like New! Arrived on time, in good packaging, and inside the box a good third-party Lighting charge cable. All functions checked well, and Battery at 84% — very acceptable. I’m a huge fan of the 12 and 13 mini form factors. I will be gifting this 12 mini to a family member soon, so it was critical this was a good refurbished purchase. After a week's use, I’m a very satisfied customer. I would certainly buy from this vendor again.

Not refurbished, just an used phone

The company promised a B grade refurbished phone but there was cracks on the back glass. I am OK with the minor scratches but the cracks were unexpected for B grade. Also for a refurbished phone, I am surprised to received a phone with battery health of only 88%, I thought refurbished meant that the battery will be replaced with a new one. At least that is what most resellers or Apple would do.
