Not completely what was expected

Our upgrade letter said it was a free phone but instead caused a contract extension. The store would not allow the upgrade of the other phones on the plan. Coverage is spotty in Rual areas. Even in large city such as Chicago and Washington DC where no internet was available. Software configuration can be confusing and difficult to find features.
