I've been a birder for half my life and can confidently say that these are absolutely the best binoculars you can get at this price point. They're on par with pairs that fetch over 1k for a fraction of the price. I've had the 8x42s for five years now and they've held up great. These 10s are great as well. Unless you have the money to drop on swarovskis or maybe vipers, buy these.
