THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!
I hurt my knee recently for the first time in my life, this works so wonderfully. I did read the instructions I did soak as instructed and let sit for 3 hours. After that I froze it. Instruction say to freeze for 4 hours however I froze it for 2 hours. This gets extremely cold lol. I did use a bandanna as a barrier between my skin and the pad to prevent frostbite. IT GETS THAT COLD!! The heat portion after being microwaved for the amount of time it says can also get very hot. I have a big microwave so according to instructions on the box I do need to heat it less than 2 minutes on one side and 1 minute on the other side. I also used a skin barrier to prevent burns. According to your microwave and freezer you will see what is the best time for yourself. Velcro straps are definitely long enough and straps are adjustable to wrap it snuggly! It will not slide off knee. I also love this because you can use it for your back, shoulders, neck, arms, etc. GREAT PURCHASE!
