I put in for a refund in April . They refunded me )16 for the insurance I took but have yet to receive the refund on the pro breeze formula machine . I I need the formula maker because my daughter is expecting . Refund the money or send another one . It says I was refunded on April 19 but again I only received insurance refund of $16
