A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging. Mini split of excellent quality Comfort Star brand. The capacity is: 9000 Btu. The item includes an indoor unit, an outdoor unit, a line kit, electrical and communication cables, a drain hose, as well as a small bag of accessories necessary for installation. The lines are copper and measure approximately 10ft. The unit is pre-charged with sufficient R410A refrigerant gas up to approximately 25 ft of lines. The wall bracket for the indoor unit is included, just unscrew it. Voltage: 220V
