This is not a 4 gallon shop vacuum it's a 1 1/2 gallon one it only holds 1 1/2 gallon of water before it runs out of the suction hose and the hole bucket will only hold 2 gallon of water all the way to the top the suction is really good but it's not what you advertised it to be
