No damaged or missing pieces. Extras of most hardware. Sturdy. The boxes are long and heavy so you may need 2 to get into house. Assembled one with my hubby, the other by myself. Used moving sliders to put in place. Love the soft close doors. Easy to adjust to get them aligned. Even tho the unit is 14 inches deep, due to doors, items must be less than 13 to fit on shelves inside cabinet. This set of 2 was $100 cheaper on Walmart than other popular sites.
