Great product, quality ingredients.

Love this product. I only take 4 caps at night and it helps me relax and get quality sleep. This brand is all about effective quality ingredients and dosing. No joke, but dont sleep on it. If you struggle with being restless at night, this really helps!

Excellent!

Not quite the strong anti-anxiety pills I might need, but has a great composition of helpful ingredients that aid in managing a lot of the symptoms. Take one a day, typically at night. for long term benefit. No taste, easy to swallow, and 180 capsules is a good amount/size.
