Five star customer service. I ordered a product in early December and never received it. The tracker showed the product in route. After several weeks I contacted the seller via email. They responded the next day with several options. Turns out the original lost in transit. I still wanted the product so they sent a new one. What impressed me was the quick response and they did the research in advance before responding. It’s not uncommon where you send an email and customer service ask you essentially to repeat what you wrote in the message. Not in this case. HD Nutraceuticals, LLC proved quality costumer service still exist.
