This works great for my 'sleep maintenence insomnia.' This means I can fall asleep, but I wake up about 5 hours later, wide awake. So when I wake up after those 5 hours, I pop one of these, and I'm back to sleep in about 45 minutes. It does take some time to work. But its better than the alternative..... being tired all day.
