Why is it so hard to return this item?
I have been trying to return this item. When you click the link to return item, instead of taking you to the page for the reason why you're returning, and if you wanted to be picked up or take the items to your local Walmart, it takes you to a page to stand the company a message on why you're returning the item. After you send, you didn't get a message that says that this company will contact you within 48 hours. It's been 48 hours and I have not heard anything and I really want to return this product. Why can it be simple as any other return. Hit return item, the reason you are returning item, then you get a barcode.
