Wilton's Fondant has a better taste

Wilton's fondant has always been my go-to for my edible figures. However, I have noticed a change in taste which I appreciate. The white color use to be brighter than this new white. So now when needing a true white color, I have to use food coloring. It is easier to mix colors in than the other, I like that.

Tastes great and easy to work with

I love using Wilton products for baking and this item is no exception! I like that though it is a large 5lb pack, it comes in two individually sealed packets which works well if you do not intend on using all 5lbs at a time. It tastes great, is soft and easy to work with and it looks really good on the cakes too! It absorbs food coloring really well and works great to cover cakes and also make molded cake toppers. I have used this along with my Wilton Trim ‘n Turn ULTRA turntable and Wilton cake board to help make decorating easier.

Great Product

I have never used fondant before and was a little nervous, but the stuff was great. There isn't a ton in the package so if you are covering the whole cake, you probably want two packages. I think, in general, foundant tastes gross and while I wouldn't say this is delicious, it does not taste bad at all.
