However, a notable downside is its susceptibility to scratches, which are visible from a distance on the glass back and aluminum frame. I haven't carried an iPhone for years and never a personal (vs work-issued) one, though I've bought them for family members. I just got my first set of hearing aids and had trouble pairing them with my android phones, so iPhone for the win! Worked like a charm. It arrived in very good condition (it was not explicit that it was refurbished but given the value pricing and age of the model it was more or less assumed), on the expected date and works perfectly. My only complaint is that when bought knew I understand they come with earbuds or at least the lightning -> aux connector for same, this did not.
