Great quality and easy to use

Both speaker and the app that comes with it are extremely easy to use. Speaker itself is loud and clear while the app comes with preloaded screen for multiple programs such as iheartradio and tunein, which makes it very convenient for me. I can also use the speakers with AirPlay to play any music or video from Youtube.

Great

I love the quality of the sound, indeed. However, I cannot switch from the Wi-Fi mode to the Bluetooth mode. My device goes on periods in which I cannot switch from mode to mode which is quite annoying. I really just want know if there is a way I can fix this.

DeMarkus, Thanks for reaching out. When you switch from WiFi to other sources, like Bluetooth, wait first for the WiFi connecting/searching procedures to finish completely before attemptinng to change sources. When Wi-Fi is connected, the Wi-Fi icon on the speaker will turn solid and a chime will sound from the speaker, indicating that the procedure is complete. After the chime sounds, press and hold the M button to change the source. When the speaker is searching for Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi icon on the speaker will blink quickly and the “Wi-Fi Searching” announcement will sound from the speaker. Wait for the Wi-Fi icon to begin blinking slowly, then press and hold the M button to change the source.
