Great quality and easy to use

Both speaker and the app that comes with it are extremely easy to use. Speaker itself is loud and clear while the app comes with preloaded screen for multiple programs such as iheartradio and tunein, which makes it very convenient for me. I can also use the speakers with AirPlay to play any music or video from Youtube.

Bluetooth woes

I'll start by saying I love this speaker! The wifi function is great if you want to stream audio from one of the apps it supports. However, if you want to play music wirelessly from any other app (like podcasts, NPR One, audiobooks, etc.) you'll have to use the bluetooth setting. My problem is when I switch over to bluetooth by pressing M/play/pause button the device never appears on my phone or computer in the bluetooth settings. I've used other bluetooth speakers and have never had this problem. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Ron, You are almost there, this is the process to setup Bluetooth: To switch from WiFi (after it connects) press the M/Play button. The device announces that Bluetooth has been selected and the Bluetooth light begins to flash. Then press the WPS key. The Bluetooth light will begin flashing quickly. From your mobile device (phone or tablet) enter the Bluetooth menu and search for ISWF576. Select ISWF576 and your device should pair.
