Scar Fx® is applied to a clean and dry scar, for up to 8-12 hours nightly, and can be secured to the skin with medical tape as needed. Scar Fx® creates an occlusive barrier promoting skin moisture. Scar Fx® Silicone Sheeting’s regimen was designed to maximize compliance and results. Scar Fx® is applied in the evening and overnight worn while sleeping. In the morning, the reusable sheeting is removed and the process is repeated.
