The delivery person may or may or may not have dropped off the package in the apartment community's package room as I did not receive an automated e mail which provides notification and a passcode to get into the room. So, so far, I don't know if the package as delivered, and if so, the delivery person did not do the required notification process. Very annoying.

The product worked well. It made my skin over scars very soft without being oily %26 greasy. I can't comment on how effective it was in the healing of my scars due to the tube being so small there wasn't enough in it to use for a very long period of time. Which brings me to the reason for only 4 stars, it's way too expensive for the small amount of product you get. I couldn't afford another tube so I only got to use it for less than a month. That wasn't long enough to be very effective at healing the scars.
