This is a very good product. Much better than the Williams I used for decades. There is one problem: they don't tell you the soap is in a hard plastic case and cannot be removed. So I can no longer use my soap dish. I'm learning to use this product but it would be better if I could get the soap out of the container. If you want to continue using your mug or dish, this product is not for you. H
