Damaged tie box - tie seems fine

The tie itself looks to be okay, but this is the second gift i've ordered from Walmart that came in damaged packaging. The first was a bottle of cologne so i had to return and request a new product [has yet to come]. I guess this feedback is more for the seller of the product. For those who might not realize it, they would think the seller is to blame for the damaged goods - but I'm guessing they might want to reach out to Walmart. Not really a good look. The tie box is ripped down the middle. Obviously will have to go purchase a different packaging to deliver the gift in so that the recipient doesn't think i found the box at the bottom of a pile of trash at the dump.
