This thing is a beast. It's pretty heavy duty. The legs are solid, the top is wide and larger than a typical ironing board and it includes an iron rest and a little shelf. I like that it's height adjustable so you can go up or down as needed. You do need a little bit more space with something of this size. This would be for someone who irons a lot and has a little extra room to spare.

I absolutely love this Better Homes and Gardens Wide Top Ironing Board! The build is truly heavy-duty and feels very stable, which makes ironing so much easier. I can lay the saree flat without constantly readjusting it, and it saves so much time. I'm not sure why this received bad reviews, but the one I received is solid and sturdy. The cover and padding are fine, not thick, but not too thin. It opens and closes very smoothly with little noise. It has a nice wide top to iron on and stores nicely. This is not your standard board from back in the day. It is a little on the expensive side, but they all are now. Overall, Im glad I ordered this and I would recommend to anyone.
