Amazing eyeliner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This eyeliner is completely budge proof and water proof. I used the small smudged tip right when I applied it in the lower lash line and after that it was set for the entire day! Love that the color has a little metallic finish but nothing too extra.
