Vitamin C qty 60 tablets
These are capsule shaped hard tablets that you swallow, not the kind to chew. So if you have difficulty swallowing IBU sized capsules or slightly larger, these aren't for you. I have no problem taking these myself, just thought I'd warn others just in case. They're microencapsulated, so if they're in your mouth too long you'll notice the gel like an antibiotic as it starts to dissolve. Igennus is a newer brand for me, however I like that it is a high absorption capsule. If you are into vitamin C or any others, I recommend giving this brand a try. Also, it says vegan approved.

Good
while I have not had this long enough to evaluate long-term, I like what I am seeing so far. This product delivers the maximum daily recommended amount of vitamin C while maintaining a safe dosage. I personally will use this as an immune booster when needed, rather than as a daily medication since I currently take a daily vitamin. I appreciate that it is gentle on the stomach, and safe for children over age 8. I am impressed with their delivery system which increases the vitamin C at a cellular level in our bodies, while sustaining those levels for over 24 hours. Some of the others do not.

Great Vit C
I take a lot of Vitamins and Supplements. I do so to stay healthy and not get sick. I love that these are 1000 mg. I always had to take 3 to 5 more daily when I started getting sick and it worked. But it was a lot to take and swallow especially if you have any difficulty swallowing like me. With these I only have to take one a day, with the dose being higher, and I stay sick free. Love it.
